I am a design technology researcher working at the intersection of human-computer interaction and extended reality. My work asks how AR, MR, and VR can influence human behavior, strengthen the development and transfer of real-world skills, and enable more effective collaboration. Through immersive prototyping, behavioral studies, motion sensing, and intelligent agents, I design and evaluate systems for spatial navigation, rehabilitation, medical training, and collaborative experiences.

I design immersive VR/AR spaces that respond to users’ cognitive, perceptual, and emotional needs, improving navigation, comfort, and engagement.
I create embodied AI agents that combine GPT-based dialogue, behavioral triggers, and motion analysis to support wayfinding, task assistance, and decision-making in XR.
I develop IMU-based motion capture systems and game-based VR rehabilitation tasks that enhance proprioception, track joint mobility, and support early post-surgical recovery.
I design mixed-reality training and navigation systems for arthroscopy and orthopedic procedures, integrating in-situ/ex-situ cues and multimodal feedback to reduce cognitive load.
I study how people perceive, understand, and navigate complex environments by analyzing movement trajectories, gaze patterns, and interaction behaviors.
I build interactive prototypes using parametric tools, digital fabrication, and rapid XR development pipelines to explore new forms of spatial and experiential interaction.
